Survival of Restrictive Covenants. Executive acknowledges that the above restrictive covenants shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the termination of Executive’s employment for any reason. Executive further acknowledges that any alleged breach by the Company of any contractual, statutory or other obligation shall not excuse or terminate the obligations hereunder or otherwise preclude the Company from seeking injunctive or other relief. Executive acknowledges that the above restrictive covenants shall survive and agrees that, following the termination of this Agreement and the termination Parties’ employment relationship, the obligations imposed on Executive with respect to non-competition, non-solicitation, confidentiality, non-disclosure and assignment of Executive’s employment for rights to inventions or developments in this Agreement or any reason.
