Survival of Representation and Warranties. All statements contained in any Sponsor Document, or in any certificate, financial statement or other instrument delivered by or on behalf of the Sponsor pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement (including but not limited to any such statement made in or in connection with any amendment hereto or thereto) shall constitute representations and warranties made under this Agreement. All representations and warranties made under this Agreement (a) shall be made and shall be true at and as of the Closing Date and (b) shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, regardless of any investigation made by Freddie Mac or on its behalf.
