Survival of Representation and Warranties. All representations and warranties made herein or in any other Debt Document or Restructure Document (including any amendment or other modification hereto or thereto) or in any certificate delivered pursuant hereto or pursuant to any other Debt Document or Restructure Document shall survive the execution and delivery of this Guaranty.
