Common use of Survival of Provisions; Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival of Provisions; Termination. (a) All of the representations, warranties and covenants made herein and each of the provisions of this Agreement shall, except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, any investigation by or on behalf of the Purchaser, the acceptance of the Shares and payment therefor or the termination of this Agreement.
