Survival of Operative Sections. The respective rights and obligations of the parties hereto, including, without limitation, the rights and obligations set forth in Sections 5(D), 6 through 14 of this Agreement, shall survive any termination of this Agreement to the extent necessary to preserve all such rights and obligations until discharged in full.
