Survival of Indemnities, Representations and Warranties and Remedies. The obligations of the Seller under this Article VII, the representations and warranties made by the Seller under Article IV, and the remedies against the Seller under Article VI shall survive the termination of this Agreement and each of the other Facility Documents.
