Survival of Conditions. The provisions of this Section shall be in addition to any other obligations and liabilities Mortgagor may have to Mortgagee at common law, and shall survive the transactions contemplated herein.
Survival of Conditions. Applicable provisions of this Agreement shall survive beyond termination or expiration of this Agreement until full and complete compliance with all aspects of these provisions has been achieved where the Parties have expressly agreed that those provisions should survive any such termination or expiration or where those provisions remain to be performed or by their nature would be intended to be applicable following any such termination or expiration.
Survival of Conditions. Subject to the Treaty, with respect to any Transaction Funds transferred under this agreement and to the Lands for which they were transferred, Articles 5, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 will survive the completion of the Transfers or the termination of this agreement.
