Common use of Survival After Termination Clause in Contracts

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to SECTION 9.1, (a) this Agreement shall become null and void and of no further force and effect, except for the provisions of SECTION 5.1 relating to the obligation to keep confidential certain information and (b) there shall be no liability on the part of INTERNET LOTO or Rimpac or their respective affiliates.

If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to SECTION 9.1Section 8.1, (a) this Agreement shall become null and void and of no further force and effect, except for the provisions of SECTION Section 5.1 relating to the obligation to keep confidential certain information and (b) there shall be no liability on the part of INTERNET LOTO Biosource, the Biosource Shareholders or Rimpac Nova or their respective affiliates.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to SECTION 9.1, (aSection 9.1(a) this Agreement shall become null and void and of no further force and effect, except for the provisions of SECTION Section 5.1 relating to the obligation to keep confidential certain information and (b) there shall be no liability on the part of INTERNET LOTO WOIZE or Rimpac BRAVO or their respective affiliates.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to SECTION 9.1, (a) this Agreement shall become null and void and of no further force and effect, except for the provisions of SECTION 5.1 relating to the obligation to keep confidential certain information and (b) there shall be no liability on the part of INTERNET LOTO the AutoVenu Shareholders or Rimpac BCS or their respective affiliates.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to SECTION 9.1Section 8.1, (a) this Agreement shall become null and void and of no further force and effect, except for the provisions of SECTION Section 5.1 relating to the obligation to keep confidential certain information and (b) there shall be no liability on the part of INTERNET LOTO BZRTH or Rimpac SGMD or their respective affiliates.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to SECTION 9.1in accordance with Section 10.1 and the transactions contemplated hereby are not consummated, (a) this Agreement shall become null and void and of no further force and effect, except for (i) the provisions of SECTION 5.1 Section 6.7(d) relating to the obligation obligations of Acquisition Corp., the Parent, LPC and the LPC Stockholders to keep confidential and not to use certain information and data obtained by them from any other party and to return all such documents to such parties and (bii) there shall be no liability on the part provisions of INTERNET LOTO or Rimpac or their respective affiliatesSection 10.3.

Survival After Termination. If this Agreement is terminated pursuant to in accordance with SECTION 9.111.1 hereof and the transactions contemplated hereby are not consummated, (a) this Agreement shall become null and void and of no further force and effect, except for the provisions of SECTION 5.1 relating to SECTIONS 6.6 and 7.2 and ARTICLES 13, 21 and 22 provided, however, that the obligation to keep confidential certain information and (b) there termination shall be no not relieve any party of any liability on the part for any breach of INTERNET LOTO or Rimpac or their respective affiliatesthis Agreement.
