Common use of Survivability Clause in Contracts

Survivability. The Term Contract and any and all promises, covenants, and representations made herein are binding upon the parties hereto and any and all respective heirs, assigns, and successors in interest. The respective obligations of the parties, which by their nature would continue beyond the termination or expiration of the Term Contract, including without limitation, the obligations regarding confidentiality, proprietary interests, reporting, and public records, will survive termination or expiration of the Term Contract.
