Common use of Surveyor Certification Clause in Contracts

Surveyor Certification. With respect to each parcel of Borrowing Base Property, a certificate executed by the surveyor who prepared the Survey with respect thereto and containing such information relating to such parcel as the Title Insurance Company may reasonably require.

Surveyor Certification. With respect to each parcel of Borrowing Base PropertyReal Estate, a certificate executed by the surveyor who prepared the Survey with respect thereto thereto, dated as of a recent date prior to inclusion of such Real Estate in the Borrowing Base Appraised Value Limit and containing such information relating to such parcel as the Agent or, as applicable, the Title Insurance Company may reasonably require, such certificate to be reasonably satisfactory to the Agent in form and substance.
