Flood Certification Contract. The Company has obtained a life of loan, transferable flood certification contract with an Approved Flood Policy Insurer acceptable to Purchaser in its sole discretion for each Mortgage Loan and such contract is assignable without penalty, premium or cost to the Purchaser;

Flood Certification Contract. If the Mortgaged Property relating to such Mortgage Loan is in an area designated as a flood area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, a flood insurance policy complying with all Requirements of Law is in effect.
Flood Certification Contract. Seller or, if a Correspondent Loan, the Approved Correspondent, has obtained a life of loan, transferable flood certification contract for such Mortgage Loan and such contract is assignable without penalty, premium or cost to Buyer.

If any portion of the Mortgaged Property is in an area identified by any federal Governmental Authority as having special flood hazards, and flood insurance is available, the Seller has obtained a life of loan, transferable flood certification contract for each Mortgage Loan and such contract is assignable without penalty, premium or cost to the Buyer;
