Common use of Survey and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Survey and Taxes. The Agent shall have received (i) an updated Survey of each Mortgaged Property together with a Surveyor Certificate relating thereto and (ii) evidence of payment of real estate taxes and municipal charges on all Mortgaged Property not delinquent on or before the Closing Date.
