Common use of Surrender of Subleased Premises Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Subleased Premises. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, Subtenant shall surrender the Subleased Premises in the same condition as they were in on the Commencement Date, except for ordinary wear and tear and damage due to casualty not caused by Subtenant or condemnation.

Surrender of Subleased Premises. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Sublease, Subtenant Sublessee shall surrender the Subleased Premises in the same condition existing as they were in on of the Commencement Date, except for ordinary reasonable wear and tear and damage due to by event of casualty and by Hazardous Materials not caused by Subtenant or condemnationSublessee excepted.
