Common use of Surrender of Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Records. Upon the termination of the Employee's employment hereunder, for any reason whatsoever, and in addition to such other actions as may be reasonably required by Employer, the Employee agrees to surrender to the Employer, in good condition, any record or records kept by him/her containing the names, addresses, and other information with regard to customers or potential customers of the Employer which have been served by the Employee.
