Common use of Surrender of Records Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Records. Upon termination of the Employee's employment for any reason, the Employee shall immediately surrender to the Company any and all records, notes, documents, forms, manuals, photographs, instructions, lists, drawings, blueprints, programs, diagrams or other written, printed or electronic material (including any and all copies made at any time whatsoever) in his or her possession or control which pertain to the business of the Company.
