SURRENDER OF FIRST FLOOR RETAINED PREMISES. In the event that Action surrenders its right to the First Floor Retained Premises (as defined in Section 3(C) of the Hohokam Sublease) the Base Rent shall be reduced by $3,000 per month beginning on the date such surrender becomes effective.
SURRENDER OF FIRST FLOOR RETAINED PREMISES. Lessor may, upon three (3) months notice to Lessee, surrender possession of the First Floor Retained Premises to Lessee. Effective as of the date the First Floor Retained Premises becomes a part of the Premises, the Base Rent shall be as specified in Exhibit D.
