Common use of Surplus Equipment Clause in Contracts

Surplus Equipment. shall be applicable to any salvage or disposal of structures, improvem ents, fixtures, machinery and equipment having a resale or salvage value and w hich are rendered obsolete or surplus by the construction of the Initial Capital Improvements.
