Surface Resistance Clause Samples

The Surface Resistance clause defines the required level of resistance that a material's surface must exhibit against specific factors such as abrasion, chemicals, or electrical conductivity. In practice, this clause sets measurable standards or testing methods that materials must meet before being approved for use, ensuring that surfaces can withstand expected conditions in their intended environment. Its core function is to guarantee durability and safety by preventing premature wear, damage, or failure of materials due to inadequate surface properties.
Surface Resistance. Exterior < 1 x 1011 ohms per ANSI/ESD STM11.11 _1 color laser printers and supplies as follows: 1. Hewlett Packard LaserJet Pro MFP (Manufactured date not more than 2 years old) or approved equal. 2. Minimum of 400 Megabytes of expanded memory, printer cable, legal size paper tray and ledger size capability. 3. One set of printer ink cartridges every other month for the duration of the construction project for each printer. Software as follows: 1. Microsoft Windows, latest version with future upgrades for the duration of the entire project. 2. Microsoft Office Professional, latest version. 3. Norton’s System Works for Windows, latest version, or compatible software package with future upgrades and latest virus patches.
Surface Resistance. The surface resistance shall be measured between two electrodes placed 1 m apart between centres at any points on the floor under test. (See Paragraph D3.3.2, Note 2.)
Surface Resistance resistance of a sample measured between two specified electrodes placed a nominated distance apart on the surface of the sample.

Related to Surface Resistance

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Retrenchment At any time during an individual’s service, the individual may be subject to retrenchment in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Agreement. In such cases, the notice provisions and all other terms of that article shall apply, anything above to the contrary notwithstanding.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Groundwater Any water, except capillary moisture, beneath the land surface or beneath the bed of any stream, lake, reservoir or other body of surface water within the boundaries of this state, whatever may be the geologic formation or structure in which such water stands, flows, percolates, or otherwise moves.

  • Musculoskeletal Injury Prevention and Control The hospital in consultation with the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) shall develop, establish and put into effect, musculoskeletal prevention and control measures, procedures, practices and training for the health and safety of employees.
