Supported Wage. 5.11.1 This provision applies to Employees who because of the effects of a disability are eligible for a supported wage. 5.11.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any Employee employed on a supported wage will be paid the rates of pay applicable at the time of employment under the Supported Wage System as outlined in the Aged Care Award 2010.
