Supported Decision. Making: a set of strategies that help individuals understand their options when making choices and communicating their own decisions through the use of an agreement designed to help the person interact and communicate their decisions with third parties. The agreement will include a list of decisions the person wants assistance in making and identifies a supporter(s) they want to help them, as detailed and defined in Wis. Stat. Ch. 52.
