Support Tools. Company will provide Novell with all existing support and engineering tools that may be helpful to Novell in supporting, understanding, and trouble shooting the Licensed Works. Company grants Novell a royalty-free license to reproduce and internally use such tools to support the Licensed Works.
Support Tools. At no charge to 3Com, Company shall provide diagnostic tools which Company has the right to provide to 3Com and procedures and a list/description of test equipment reasonably necessary and used by Company to troubleshoot problems and assist in problem identification, isolation and resolution. Company shall also provide the following additional support tools, if available: (i) compatibility/inter-operability matrix and (ii) supported and not supported configurations statement. Company shall further promptly provide to 3Com when available, all modifications or other revisions to such support tools.
Support Tools. This agreement includes unlimited access to IRON’s Web-based support tools, including FAQs, documentation and Knowledgebase systems.
Support Tools. Customer is not required to permit SIEMonster to use any remote access Support tools, but acknowledges that a refusal will delay or impair the effectiveness of the Support.

Seller shall further promptly provide to 3Com when available, all modifications or other revisions to such support tools.
Support Tools. For the duration of the Subscription Term for each Product, Pindrop will use Support Tools. You agree that Pindrop can also collect, analyze, retain and use the usage, statistical and other log data collected by Support Tools (the “Support Data”) to maintain, develop and improve Pindrop’s products and services, including the Products and Services (the “Product Improvement Purposes”). You further agree that Pindrop’s right to retain and use the Support Data for Product Improvement Purposes shall survive any termination or expiration of the XXXX, this Product Attachment, Your Agreement or any Reseller Orders. You are responsible for disclosing to and obtaining consent from your users to the collection and use of Support Data, as required by applicable Laws.

HSI and Vista agree to mutually use reasonable efforts to cooperate with the other to identify and evaluate (i) potential banner advertising and other management tools, (ii) a mechanism to aggregate the reporting of usage statistics and registration data for the users of the HSI Web Page, and (iii) interfaces to support database transfers as contemplated for providing Vista services to the real estate markets served by HSI. The Support Tools may be either third party software or proprietary software developed by Vista or HSI with input from the other, as mutually agreed upon by Vista or HSI.

Sonic shall also provide the following additional support tools. if available: (i) troubleshooting guide, (ii) technical tips, (iii) compatibility/ inter-operability matrix and (iv) supported and not supported configurations statement. Sonic shall further promptly provide to 3Com when available, all modifications or other revisions to such support tools.
