SUPPORT SERVICES GENERALLY. As part if its Monthly Fee Licensor shall provide to Licensee the Certain support services as specified below to unmodified QMACS(TM) Software (the "Support Services").
SUPPORT SERVICES GENERALLY. Customer acknowledges that Lyniate provides Support Services remotely from Lyniate’s offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, and at other locations chosen exclusively by Lyniate. Customer acknowledges that the provision of Lyniate Support and other services will necessitate the transfer of data by Lyniate to, and the processing of that data by, its staff in those offices, and Customer hereby consents to Lyniate transferring and processing that data. Lyniate makes onsite service at a Customer’s location available on a time-and-materials basis at Lyniate’s current rates and availability (and payment of Lyniate’s travel and related expenses).
SUPPORT SERVICES GENERALLY. GS hereby engages Licensor to provide to the GS Parties throughout the Support Services Term, and Licensor agrees to provide, the Support Services (including Licensor providing to GS all Updates to the Licensed Software as specified in this Agreement). Licensor shall perform all Support Services (i) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, (ii) in a manner that meets or exceeds applicable performance criteria set forth in Exhibit B, and (iii) in a professional, competent and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and practices, using fully trained and qualified Personnel.
SUPPORT SERVICES GENERALLY. Licensor or a Certified Implementation Partner shall provide to Licensee certain support services as specified below to unmodified QMACS(TM) Software (the "Support Services") and standard interfaces developed by Licensor.
