Support Parts Agreement Sample Clauses

A Support Parts Agreement is a contractual provision that outlines the terms under which one party supplies replacement or spare parts to support the maintenance and operation of equipment or products provided to the other party. Typically, this clause specifies the types of parts covered, delivery timelines, pricing, and responsibilities for ordering and stocking parts. By clearly defining these terms, the clause ensures that necessary components are available to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency, thereby reducing the risk of service interruptions due to unavailable parts.
