Support Line Sample Clauses

Support Line. As a service of the Software Maintenance Program, Licensor shall provide Licensee the availability of telephone or email services for questions or problems associated with the Licensed Products, as updated from time to time by notice to licensee, during normal business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday except for holidays.
Support Line. Developer will provide a valid, monitored, and operational email and/or telephone number for Zoom and Customers to use in order to notify Developer of any issues with respect to the Developer Application.
