Common use of Support Facilities Clause in Contracts

Support Facilities. All of the repairs of internal installations of the units, such as water, light, power, sewage, telephones, air conditioners, sanitary installations, doors, windows, lamps and all other accessories serving only one unit shall be at the expense of the unit owner. However, all such repairs affecting more than one unit or affecting the exterior appearance of the building shall be subject to the review and approval of the Board of Trustees prior to such repair.
