Support by Oculus. At Ruthigen’s request, Oculus shall provide Ruthigen with reasonable support in the form of consulting services, subject to Oculus personnel and scheduling constraints, directed toward securing and maintaining Regulatory Approval, at such rates for each such employee as set forth in the Shared Services Agreement to be entered into by and between Oculus and Ruthigen (the “Shared Services Agreement”).
