Supply of Products; Pricing Clause Samples

The 'Supply of Products; Pricing' clause defines the terms under which products will be provided and the pricing structure that applies to those products. It typically outlines the obligations of the supplier to deliver specified goods, the schedule or conditions for delivery, and the method for determining or adjusting prices, such as fixed rates or price changes based on market factors. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what products are being supplied, at what cost, and under what conditions, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over supply obligations or unexpected price changes.
