Application of Article This Article is intended only as a basis of calculating overtime payments, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day, week, tour of duty, work period or year.

Items for Which Lenovo May Be Liable Circumstances may arise where, because of a default on Lenovo’s part or other liability, Licensee is entitled to recover damages from Lenovo. Application of this Article Meetings of Shareholders shall consist of Shareholders of any Series (or Class thereof) or of all Shareholders, as determined pursuant to the Declaration of Trust, and this Article shall be construed accordingly.
