Supply Levels. If Aphria Diamond anticipates that it will be unable to supply at least ninety percent (90%) (in grams) of the quantity of a Product ordered pursuant to a Purchase Order, Aphria Diamond shall notify Aphria as soon as reasonably practicable prior to the date on which Product is to be delivered to Aphria as contemplated in Section 7.2.
