Supply and Manufacture of PR Product Sample Clauses

Supply and Manufacture of PR Product. In order to ensure the quality of PR Product to be sold by GSK under the Trademarks, GSK shall market, promote, sell and distribute in the Territory only PR Product obtained by GSK (i) from Santarus as part of the Initial Supply as set forth in Section 5.2 or (ii) from an Authorized Manufacturer as set forth in Section 5.3, and in each case subject to the other terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.
