Suppliers of Merchandise. No supplier of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries has ceased shipments of merchandise to the Company or any of its subsidiaries, other than in the normal and ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, which cessation would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect;
