Supplier’s Obligations Flowing from Payments It Makes. Supplier is solely responsible for all taxes and withholdings, severance and redundancy pay, benefits (including, without limitation, vacation, sick leave, holidays, pension or profit sharing contributions, stock options, etc.), and other similar obligations, whether statutory or otherwise, with respect to payments made by Supplier relating to the performance of all its work and its receipt of fees under this Purchase Order.
