Supplier Sales Efforts Sample Clauses

The Supplier Sales Efforts clause defines the obligations of the supplier to actively promote and sell the products or services specified in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the minimum sales activities required, such as maintaining a dedicated sales team, meeting certain sales targets, or engaging in marketing campaigns. Its core practical function is to ensure that the supplier is committed to generating sales and not merely holding the right to sell, thereby protecting the buyer’s or distributor’s interests by driving active market engagement.
