Common use of Supplier Code Clause in Contracts

Supplier Code. Operator will comply, at its sole cost and expense, with any social compliance and product safety requirements made available by Amazon to Operator (collectively, “Compliance Requirements”), including Amazon’s Supplier Code of Standards and Responsibilities, which is posted at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/gp/help/customer/display.html?ie=UTF8&nodeId=▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as of the Effective Date. Operator will permit, as requested by Amazon from time to time, Amazon’s designees to audit Operator’s compliance with any Compliance Requirements, and, at Operator’s sole cost and expense, Operator will implement any corrective actions required by Amazon resulting from such audits.
