Common use of Supplier Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Supplier Cancellation. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel any orders placed by the Distributor and accepted by the Supplier, or refuse or delay thereof, if the Distributor fails to make any payment as provided in this Agreement.
