Supplied Information. Any data or other materials furnished by the Company to the Consultant in connection with the Consultant's services under this Agreement shall remain the sole property of the Company. Within thirty (30) days of termination of this Agreement and upon receipt by Consultant of payment in full for services performed hereunder, Consultant shall return to the Company all data and other materials furnished to him or his staff by the Company.
