Supplementary Equipment Sample Clauses

The Supplementary Equipment clause defines the terms under which additional or auxiliary equipment, not originally included in the main contract, may be provided or used. This clause typically outlines the process for requesting, approving, and integrating such equipment, specifying responsibilities for costs, maintenance, and compatibility with existing systems. Its core function is to ensure that any extra equipment needed during the course of a project is managed transparently and efficiently, preventing disputes over scope and cost.
Supplementary Equipment. At any time during the performance of the Agreement, the Lessee is entitled to ask to hire additional Equipment or materials from the Lessor. The Lessee shall submit a request to the Lessor to that effect. For additional assignments, article 2(3) of the General Bare Rental Terms applies. The Lessor can also provide several services to the Lessee, such as defined i.e., in the Agreement, and/or Quotation and/or Order Confirmation.
Supplementary Equipment. FPOs shall not possess unauthorized supplemental or personal equipment (e.g., equipment not issued by Contractor or required by this contract). CO may direct removal of FPOs, if found in possession of unauthorized equipment while on post.
