Supplementary arrangements. 1. The Head of Mission and the administrative authorities of the Host Party may conclude such supplementary arrangements as may be necessary to implement the present Agreement. 2. In case of inconsistencies between such arrangements and the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
