Supplementary arrangements Clause Samples
The 'Supplementary arrangements' clause defines the terms under which additional agreements or provisions, beyond the main contract, may be established between the parties. Typically, this clause outlines the process for creating, modifying, or integrating such supplementary arrangements, ensuring they are formally documented and agreed upon by all relevant parties. Its core function is to provide a structured mechanism for addressing unforeseen needs or changes during the contract's life, thereby maintaining flexibility while preserving contractual clarity and enforceability.
