Supplemental General Conditions of the Contract. The GMP amount is inclusive of certain mutual covenants and considerations that were agreed to as a part of the GMP amount. The aforementioned covenants and considerations have been itemized as Supplemental General Conditions of the Contract and placed in this Amendment as Exhibit E. These agreed-to Supplemental General Conditions of the Contract shall be construed as a part of the executed contract agreement between the Owner and the Construction Manager.
