Common use of Supplemental Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Financial Statements. Provide Citadel with copies of the monthly unaudited income statements and balance sheets applicable to the Stations prepared by the Company in the ordinary course of business commencing with the month ended March 31, 1999 until Closing (collectively, the "Supplemental Financial Statements"). The Stockholder shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to the Company. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 3.7.

Provide Citadel with copies of the monthly unaudited income statements and balance sheets applicable to the Stations prepared by the Company from the date hereof until Closing in the ordinary course of business commencing with the month ended March 31, 1999 until Closing (collectively, the "Supplemental Financial Statements"). The Stockholder Company shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to the Company. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 3.74.4.

The Stockholder Partners shall provide such Supplemental Financial Statements to Citadel promptly upon such Supplemental Financial Statements becoming available to the Company. The Supplemental Financial Statements shall be subject to the representations and warranties as set forth in Section 3.73.3.
