Supplement, Modification, Amendment and Termination. 11.1 After the execution of the Agreement, the Parties may enter into any written supplemental agreements upon mutual consultation, which shall take effect upon due execution of the Parties hereto. 11.2 The Agreement may be modified or amended upon mutual consultation. Any modification or amendment to the Agreement shall be in writing, which shall take effect upon due execution of the Parties hereto.
