The Supervisory Evaluation clause establishes a process for a supervisor or manager to formally assess an employee’s performance, conduct, or progress. Typically, this involves periodic reviews where the supervisor provides feedback, sets goals, and documents achievements or areas needing improvement. By setting clear expectations and providing structured feedback, this clause helps ensure accountability, supports employee development, and addresses performance issues proactively.
Supervisory Evaluation. The immediate supervisor shall submit a supervisory evaluation during the fifth year of the evaluation cycle.
