Common use of Supervisor Training Clause in Contracts

Supervisor Training. Supervisors shall complete a comprehensive training program which shall be approved by the Recipient with topics to include the following: (i) the basics of HIV care and treatment; (ii) appropriate boundaries; and (iii) necessary communication skills relating to specific HIV disease issues such as adjustment disorders, anxiety or depression, sleep disorders, substance use disorder, psychiatric disorders, physical illness, depressive disorders, mania, dementia, delirium, psychotropic medication related disorder.

Supervisor Training. Supervisors shall complete a comprehensive training program program, which shall be approved by the Recipient Recipient, with topics to include the following: (i) the basics of HIV care and treatment; (ii) appropriate boundaries; and (iii) necessary communication skills relating to specific HIV disease issues such as adjustment disordersprinciples for treatment and housing, anxiety or depressionprecautions for caregivers and HIV-infected individuals, sleep disorders, substance use disorder, psychiatric disorders, physical illness, depressive disorders, mania, dementia, delirium, psychotropic medication related disorderand pre- and post-test counseling and social and legal aspects relevant to this service population.
