The Supervisor Involvement clause defines the extent and manner in which a supervisor participates in overseeing or managing certain aspects of a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the supervisor’s responsibilities, such as monitoring progress, providing guidance, or approving key deliverables, and may specify the frequency or method of their involvement, such as regular meetings or written reports. Supervisor Involvement. The District and Union share the interest in having low- level matters, as identified at the sole discretion of the District, investigated by the frontline manager or his/her supervisor. To be empowered, supervisors require adequate training on appropriate investigation procedures and due process.
Supervisor Involvement. The employee’s supervisor shall meet with the employee and the complainant where they shall attempt to resolve the matter. This meeting shall be scheduled, not necessarily held, within 5 days of receipt of the written complaint.
