Supervision Support. Paraeducators who regularly support a group of students may be expected to provide general supervision of students at assemblies, during transition periods or safety drills, provided they are with students they typically support. Examples include Inclusive Education paraeducators providing support during arrival, dismissal and recess; paraeducators attending assemblies/safety drills that occur during their regular schedule.
Supervision Support. ▇▇▇▇▇ will provide regular supervision and support by phone and/or online (skype/google hangouts) on a needs-met basis, ideally every month. However it is expected that at a minimum Researcher 1 and Researcher 2 will check in with ▇▇▇▇▇ before and after each interview. ▇▇▇▇▇ is responsible for supporting Researcher 1 and Researcher 2 to best develop their research skills, experience and practice as researchers. In this sense ▇▇▇▇▇ is committed to providing support and expertise for funding and job applications, opportunities for writing and presenting at conferences, workshops and events. Meetings: We will hold regular team meetings online (by skype/google hangouts) at times and dates where all team members are available. These will be at least fortnightly during the data collection phase. We will rotate responsibility for creating the agenda, chairing and noting action points at team meetings.
