Common use of SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED Clause in Contracts

SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED. This position reports to the Maintenance of Way Supervisor and has no direct supervisory responsibility. This position is expected to participate in the sharing of expert knowledge and as a vital member of the maintenance of way team.
