Supervised Visitation. 4.10.1 A supervised visit consists of multiple families and 9 detained/dependent children held at a designated visitation site observed by a 10 site supervisor. Supervised visits may vary in duration and frequency, as 11 specified by the referral.

4.9.3 Keep CLIENT(S) and VISITOR(S) in separate waiting areas until their scheduled visit commences when visits take place in CONTRACTOR’s facilities.
4.9.4 Ensure CLIENT(S) and VISITOR(S) leave the visit separately, for the safety of the parties.
4.9.5 Oversee the waiting room and visitation area at all times.
4.9.6 Ensure that no unmonitored contact (i.e., contact outside of the monitor's eyesight) between CLIENT(S) and VISITOR(S) occurs before, during or after the visit. Should CONTRACTOR become aware of unmonitored contact between CLIENT(S) and VISITOR(S) the incident shall be reported to the SSW or the SSW's supervisor immediately.

Supervised Visitation. Any provider offering Supervised Visitation services must do so in compliance with California Family Code Section 3202, and the California Rules of Court (CRC) Standard 5.20 and Standards of Judicial Administration Section 26.2. 22 4.4.4 Apply techniques to promote positive visits, and 23 intervene, when necessary, to protect the best interests of CLIENT(S).
24 4.4.5 Accommodate the ordered visitation schedule as specified 25 by the referral.
26 4.4.6 Contact CLIENT's caregiver and VISITOR(S) within three 27 (3) business days of receipt of referral to schedule the date and time of the 28 supervised visit. Additionally, if a case is placed on a wait list that ▇▇▇▇ 1 delay the visit beyond fourteen (14) calendar days from that initial contact, 2 CONTRACTOR shall communicate with CLIENT's caregiver and VISITOR(S) to update 3 them within three (3) business days once the first visit date is scheduled. 4 Contractor shall provide biweekly contact with CLIENT’s caregiver and VISITORS 5 on status of wait list.
6 4.4.7 Notify the SSW of the scheduled visit date and time 7 within one (1) week of receipt of the referral.
8 4.4.8 Oversee the supervised visit and be continuously present, 9 for the entire visit.
10 4.4.9 Supply designated CONTRACTOR facilities for supervised 11 visitation areas with furniture and age-appropriate toys and games for CLIENTS 12 ages birth (0) through seventeen (17) years.
13 4.4.10 Ensure Monitored Visitation Specialists (MVS) conduct 14 themselves in a professional manner and refrain from activities that may be 15 distracting during a monitored visit (eating, using a cell phone, laptop, or 16 other electronic devices, etc.).
17 4.4.11 While under the performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR 18 shall ensure that CONTRACTOR’s staff do not accept gifts from CLIENT(S) and/or 19 VISITOR(S) for whom services are being provided.
