Common use of Supervening Authority of the Board Clause in Contracts

Supervening Authority of the Board. The Board of Directors is reposed with complete and plenary supervening power and authority to act upon any matter which is capable of being acted upon by the Coordinating Committee or which is specified as being within the authority of the Coordinating Committee pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, including those matters enumerated in Section 6.1 and 6.2 of this Agreement.
