Common use of SUPERCESSION Clause in Contracts

SUPERCESSION. Upon the completion of a public offering of its securities by the Company in the United States, this Agreement shall amend and restate in their entirety, the Prior Agreements; provided, however that any representations (but not covenants) made by the Company and the Promoters in the Prior Agreements shall survive and not be amended and restated hereby.
